Cost cutting exercise to streamline the efficiency of the business.

TS conducted an internal cost analysis of staff, administration systems, suppliers, manufacturing
processes, equipment, capacity usage and general operations.
Following completion of the analysis, a proposal was put
forward. The client implemented a number of the proposals
including negotiation with suppliers, updating administration
systems and better usage of warehouse capacity.
Results
Once the changes were implemented an 8% increase in net profit was
achieved due to the more efficient operation.
