TS produced a full Business Plan for
the proposed new structure including a full financial forecast to
ascertain the financial commitment required. A full project
plan and Gantt chart was also produced and grant funding
opportunities investigated.
Results
Finance was
achieved from a combination of grants and commercial investment and
business growth was achieved with a 40% increase in sales turnover
in the 12 months following increased capacity.
